I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Science Technology at the University of Houston, with a joint appointment in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

My research develops machine learning and graph-based methods for scientific discovery. I am particularly interested in integrating spatial omics, single-cell genomics, and multimodal biomedical datasets to understand complex biological systems and disease mechanisms.
